{"id":43874,"date":"2022-09-06T21:27:43","date_gmt":"2022-09-06T20:27:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/verwoodtoday.co.uk\/?p=43874"},"modified":"2022-09-07T09:36:43","modified_gmt":"2022-09-07T08:36:43","slug":"verwood-to-ringwood-road-closed-on-tuesday-evening-following-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martin.mx\/verwood\/2022\/09\/verwood-to-ringwood-road-closed-on-tuesday-evening-following-crash\/","title":{"rendered":"Ringwood woman arrested following three vehicle crash on Verwood Road"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 53-year-old woman from Ringwood has been arrested on suspicion of a driving offence following a road traffic collision on Tuesday evening.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The multiple-vehicle crash closed Verwood Road between the Alderholt junction and the A31 sliproad for around an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Horton Road at Ashley Heath was also affected with the B3081 slip road heavily congested too.<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened around 5pm and was attended by multiple emergency service vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Dorset Police responded to VerwoodToday for information and said: &#8220;We received a report at 5.19pm on Tuesday 6 September 2022 of a three vehicle collision on the B3081 Verwood Road between Verwood and Ringwood.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Officers attended, along with the ambulance service. There were no reports of any serious injuries. The road was cleared and officers left the scene at around 6pm.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We can also confirm a 53-year-old woman from Ringwood was arrested at the scene on suspicion of a driving offence.
