{"id":46893,"date":"2022-12-09T09:23:14","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T09:23:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/verwoodtoday.co.uk\/?p=46893"},"modified":"2022-12-09T09:23:14","modified_gmt":"2022-12-09T09:23:14","slug":"police-looking-for-a338-dashcam-footage-of-fail-to-stop-collison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martin.mx\/verwood\/2022\/12\/police-looking-for-a338-dashcam-footage-of-fail-to-stop-collison\/","title":{"rendered":"Police looking for A338 dashcam footage of fail-to-stop collison"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dashcam footage is being sought by Police following a fail-to-stop road traffic collision in East Dorset.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>At around 9.40am on Saturday 26 November 2022 a motorist was travelling north on the A338 in a black Ford Fiesta when they were involved in a collision with a white Mercedes Sprinter van as they approached the Ashley Heath Roundabout.<\/p>\n<p>It was reported that the van failed to stop at the scene of the collision.<\/p>\n<p>There were no reports of any injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Police Constable Aaron Wildblood, of East Dorset police, said: \u201cWe are carrying out enquiries into this incident and I am keen to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened, or who may have captured anything of relevance on dashcam footage.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk\/contact or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55220191778.
