{"id":47079,"date":"2023-01-03T13:43:29","date_gmt":"2023-01-03T13:43:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/verwoodtoday.co.uk\/?p=47079"},"modified":"2023-01-03T14:03:31","modified_gmt":"2023-01-03T14:03:31","slug":"man-in-his-30s-dies-in-industrial-accident-in-coopers-lane-verwood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martin.mx\/verwood\/2023\/01\/man-in-his-30s-dies-in-industrial-accident-in-coopers-lane-verwood\/","title":{"rendered":"Man in his 30s dies in industrial incident in Coopers Lane Verwood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man in his 30s has died at the scene of an industrial incident in Coopers Lane in Verwood on Tuesday morning.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Another man has been arrested in relation to the incident which happened around 9am.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/martin.mx\/verwood\/2023\/01\/air-ambulance-lands-in-verwood-in-response-to-emergency-incident\/\">Multiple emergency services rushed to the scene<\/a>, including the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, with Coopers Lane closed off as a result.<\/p>\n<p>Dorset Police tells VerwoodToday: &#8220;At 8.57am on Tuesday 3 January 2023 Dorset Police received a report of an industrial incident in Coopers Lane in Verwood. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Officers together with the ambulance and fire services attended. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sadly, a man in his 30s died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and the coroner has been made aware. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is currently a cordon in place to enable an investigation of the scene.
