{"id":48916,"date":"2024-03-04T13:12:38","date_gmt":"2024-03-04T13:12:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/verwoodtoday.co.uk\/?p=48916"},"modified":"2024-03-04T13:12:38","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T13:12:38","slug":"school-run-delays-expected-as-roadworks-appear-on-margards-lane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/martin.mx\/verwood\/2024\/03\/school-run-delays-expected-as-roadworks-appear-on-margards-lane\/","title":{"rendered":"School-run delays expected as roadworks appear on Margards Lane"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Roadworks in Verwood are expected to cause school-run delays for up to two weeks.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The work at the top of Margards Lane, at its junction with Church Hill, is to connect storm drains from a new nursery to the water network.<\/p>\n<p>It started on Monday 4th March and is scheduled to last till Friday 15th March.<\/p>\n<p>Multi-way traffic lights are in operation 24 hours a day, and footpaths remain open.<\/p>\n<p>Construction on the Happy Days Nursery started in 2022 and is expected to be completed soon.
